At last I have found a big goal! As you all know I’ve been struggling for a while now to find a goal for 2017 that is big enough to get me excited and inspire me to get out of bed early in the mornings to exercise. I had many ideas of events that would […]
It’s Holiday Time!
My holidays have arrived! I’ve been looking forward for a while, to this enforced holiday time. Enforced because I’m having to take time off , due to clients being away on holidays. But it’s all good. I’m happy to work my holidays around them. So what to do? I’m not going away anywhere, but want […]
Camino de Santiago – Memories of day 2 – 2014

7 Bridges Walk in Sydney
Well, it seems I finally have found my enthusiasm again, which has been missing since finishing The Camino de Santiago in Spain. Regular readers would have read my whinges here previously, about needing to find a goal that would get me firing on all cylinders again, and not being able to come up with anything. […]
Walking in The Whipstick
The Whipstick is a beautiful area of bushland that is quite close to my house. It’s a great place to take my dogs as I never see another person there so they can run free. We really love going there.
