Recently I came across a blog named 100 Healthy Days promoting a more relaxed casual way of eating without counting calories, but by eating more healthy food and by exercising more. For me, I exercise daily, so not really any changes to be made there, except perhaps as to intensity. But I can make many changes to my diet so that it looks much more healthy than it is. My goal isn’t really weight loss, although a few kilos off wouldn’t hurt. The main aim is to feel more healthy.
Here are the main challenges, I can see that will trip me up:
As you can see, my big problem is snacking. My meals are quite healthy but they too can be improved.
100 days from now is December 24, Christmas Eve. So to me it sounds like tomorrow is the perfect start. I love the idea that I can celebrate successfully completing 100 days of healthy eating on Christmas Day. I will try to blog daily about my small changes and challenges. Anyone want to join me?
Ok. I’ve joined you. Thinking positively…..I will succeed…..because I have to! Good luck to us.
That’s great Gayle. Check in and let me know how you’re going occasionally
