Change of Direction

January 7, 2016 By nextphaseinfitness 2 Comments

You may have noticed that there has been a slight change to the name of this blog. This has come about because as my life has moved on in recent years. I don’t feel that Next Phase In Fitness describes my life exactly anymore.

Recording fitness routines and goals as I have been doing since this blog began 5 years ago,  has become a little boring as I tend to stick to a fairly rigid routine. Unless there is a major event happening, then each post seems to me to become very repetitive.

Fitness is very very important to me but my life is actually now more rounded. There are other aspects that I would like to record, such as family, friends, my animals, things I do, places I go etc. As I’m now in my 60’s, or you could say my senior years, I feel that Next Phase In Fitness & Life says more about my future and the direction this blog will be taking from now.

Hope you’re happy to stick with me for the ride over the next few years of fitness and fun.
