I’ve become slightly addicted to listening to Podcasts on many different topics. But recently, I’ve come across one that I really do love called Crappy to Happy with Tiff Hall and Cass Dunn.
The subject of this podcast is health and fitness and gives tips on how to become fitter, healthier both physically and mentally. It also promotes the importance of being kind to yourself. It’s a breath of fresh air. Usually I am trying to push myself harder and harder and become cranky with myself when I do ease back.
I have found great pleasure in listening to these two health gurus who understand and promote the need to be kind to yourself.
Tiffany Hall is a fitness professional of many years experience who runs online health, fitness and wellness program TIFFXO.com. Cass Dunn is a clinical psychologist. Together they make a great team, and both bring their separate skills to the subjects of health, fitness, mindset and empowerment.
