I can recommend these two books by Michelle Bridges. Lots of handy hints for healthy eating and also fitness tips and guidelines.

    I keep seeing her recipes in the Sunday Magazine and wondered what her books were like. Always looking for new, healthy ideas

      Pam, Michelles recipes are very simple, quick to prepare healthy and tasty. I’ll post a couple on the blog soon as an example.
