I usually like to do some sort of detox in January, to counteract the excesses of the Christmas/new year period.
Recently, I came across FebFast. When it first started Febfast was a challenge to go alcohol free in February. It has now extended to include other vices. It is now possible to register for Febfast and choose your challenge.
The challenges are to go either:
Alcohol free
Smoke free
Junk food free
Social media free
Sugar free
Social media free sounded tempting, but sugar is a big of a problem for me, so seemed to be the best choice.
