Probably, I should say upfront that I don’t believe in New Year Resolutions. Mostly they are “pie in the sky”, usually made in hope, with no planning involved at all. I’m sure that by the end of the first week in January, most New Year Resolutions have been long forgotten.
That’s not to say that I don’t believe in planning. I prefer to make New Year Goals that are attached to a plan. My goals are always S.M.A.R.T. goals. Putting a time frame on them, ensures that they will be achieved by a particular date
S: Specific
M: Measurable
A: Attainable
R: Relevant
T: Timely
Using the S.M.A.R.T criteria ensures that goals are specific and not just a vague wishlist.
So here are my goals for 2015
