Home gym packed away

August 1, 2016 By wpadmin 2 Comments

Due to our  recent house move, my entire collection of gym equipment is packed away for now. Hopefully not for long.

At the moment we have nowhere suitable to house it, but the plan is to build a room in the back garden. We’re looking at plans just now and with a bit of luck, will make a decision soon and commencing building.

So the problem is what to do in the meantime. Of course there’s always the bike and walking. We live in a great area for both, so that’s cardio covered.

I’ve been a big worried about weights, as I tend to quickly feel like garbage if too many sessions are missed. I have missed a few weights sessions, so I’m starting to feel a bit panicky.

As a stop gap, I have retrieved the free weight from storage and tomorrow  will began a program with them, on the back verandah. It’s not ideal, but will do for now.

I love all that you mention Pam. Plenty of firewood to be chopped here. And I really enjoy kettle bells.
