Menu:
Kale Chips (page 151)
Home grown beetroot dip with garlic, lemon sprinkle of cumin, Sarah Wilsons mayonnaise mixed through.
Activated Almonds and Pepitas (page 9)
Olives & sliced tomatoes
Plain, homemade cream cheese (page 64)
Homemade cream cheese with homegrown Vietnamese Mint and a light sprinkle of chilli flakes
Vita Wheat Crackers (these are the only menu item not from the I Quit Sugar book). However Meal in A Biscuit (page 154 ) would be the perfect replacement
Drinks: A selection of various teas, dandelion coffee, soda water or water
This array of dips and nibblies shows perfectly that it is possible to serve tasty, healthy, fresh food in a way that is not boring.
