This is an annual virtual run, which means that it can be done anywhere and at any time.
The participant chooses their distance. It’s ok to walk or run, so I’ll probably be doing more walking than running.
I have chosen 50k for my distance goal, which won’t be too difficult to achieve, even having missed the first week of November.
The main reason for signing up for this virtual challeng is to ensure that I stay on track with my fitness goals. They have gone a bit haywire since breaking my arm.
As the plaster is coming off in two days, it’s time to get serious again. Also I’m hoping to be able to find my enthusiasm again.
