Any regular reader here might have picked up that I’ve been struggling to get my exercise focus back, since completing the Camino de Santiago Pilgrimmage Walk Across Spain. I have been out there most days, mainly cycling and going to gym, but not doing any of it with a great deal of enthusiasm.
To give myself a bit of a kickstart, I have decided that it would be a good idea to join Michelle Bridges’ 12wbt program. I know this program well, and I love it! I love getting Michelles workouts into my inbox every week and then putting them into practice in the gym.
The new program starts on October 27. Until then there are pre-season tasks to be done. These are planning and organising tasks so that when day 1 arrives, participants are right to charge right in immediately. The 12 week body transformation program is a fantastic program. Whether the participant be doing it for weightloss or fitness, the results are there be had. All that it takes is commitment and following the program to the letter. If this is done, the results WILL be there at the end of the 12 weeks.
I have completed about 8 rounds of this program, including the very first original round. I’ve also been involved in mentoring participants. This round is going to be all about me and being the best I can be. I’m taking a leap and doing the Advanced Fitness Program which is a little scary. But I figure that if it’s not just a little bit scary it’s not enough.
