I do like to plan my week in regard to everything I do. Work takes care of itself with regular weekly appointment and tasks.
It’s now one week since we arrived home from USA and already I’ve had to go to Plan B for this week.
The plan for this week was to follow up and complete RootsTech blogs and download four days of sessions.
In regards to fitness. I have a new program on the gym wall that began on Monday – Day 1 of Maxine’s Challenge.
I hit the gym enthusiastically at 5.30am in Monday and loved the new program.
By Monday night was feeling a little achy but put it down to the new program. Woke up on Tuesday morning not feeling well and by lunch time was much worse.
So since then Plan B was put into action – the plan to lie in bed and feel really sick. No work. No genealogy. No fitness.
Here’s hoping I feel better tomorrow. There’s too much to be done and I need to get this Challenge underway.
