I’m not sure how you feel about it, but I think we all suffer from stress at some point in our lives. I know I’ve had a few life events that have caused me stress that has almost been debilitating. I think because of those experiences, nothing much in every day life, these days, seems to stress me. Of course stress is not always bad. It’s what makes us perform well, and do what we need to do.
My way of handling stress is with exercise. Some might think that getting out of bed and out into the cold to exercise would be hugely stressful. But for me it keeps me grounded and relaxed. Everything is right with the world, when I am exercising.
