I posted here recently about two events that I’m training for at the moment – Coastrek in March 2016 and 7 Bridges Walk in October 2015. Training is going well. Back to regular weights sessions at the gym mainly to strengthen the legs and shoulders for the events. I’m also walking every day, distances are usually 10-12k which I’m happy about at the moment. Much work is still needed to increase the distance. Also need to start stair work and hills next week.
